Welcome to the Gateway Center in Newport, VT!
Here's what you need to know:
The Gateway is a picturesque banquet hall nestled on the shore of Lake Memphremagog with breathtaking views of Owl's head and the Canadian mainland. The building features a north side of glass doors that open to the lake allowing guests access to wrap around balconies. The Gateway Center is perfect for business meetings, private parties and celebration. The building holds 75 people comfortably and is available for rent year round. The rental fee includes the facility, tables, chairs, and use of the kitchen. We do not provide linens, flatware, plates/cups etc.; nor do we provide staff for hire, organizers or planners.
Capacity: The first floor can accommodate up to 75 people.
Electricity: We provide 120v normal household; & 3-phase, 50 amp, 250v power supply.
Tables: We offer 11 round tables (5' diameter) seating 7 people comfortably, 4 rectangular tables (8'x2.5'), and 1 table (6'x2.5')
Kitchen Amenities: Our kitchen includes two household refrigerator/freezer combos, a dish sanitizer, a propane range with two ovens and 8 burners, an electric household 4 burner stove and oven, ample countertop space, and a stainless steel double sink.
What's NOT Included or Offered:
Please note that we do not provide linens/tablecloths, pots and pans, serving dishes, cutlery, kitchen utensils and knives, or warming plates/chafing dishes. We do not have staff for hire, planners, event organizers or caterers. This is a basic hall rental.
