Household Registration Forms
Household Registration Forms are required for all camp participants and must be renewed once annually at the start of the school year. They contain important medical and emergency contact information for staff use and must be kept current to keep campers safe. If you haven't updated your form since September 1, 2016, please print and submit one with your next camp registration. Once you've updated it for this year, we'll keep it on file through 2017 summer programs making registration a breeze!
