Memorial Day Parade & Ceremony

The City of Newport and the Newport American Legion Post #21 are hosting a celebration to honor service men and women on Memorial Day at 10:00AM. A ceremony to remember and honor those who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country will take place in Gardner Park. The ceremony includes multiple guest speakers, an appearance by the local JROTC, gun salute and more. Everyone is encouraged to come show support for our local troops or honor family members!
